On the falsification‑detection side, it issues digital certificates for AI service providers and platforms, and applies high‑strength signatures to invisible markers of AI‑generated content, so as to accurately identify and trace the source of AI content. On the authenticity‑certification side, aligned with the international C2PA standard, it builds an independently‑controllable domestic C2PA certificate‑issuing center. It grants digital signature certificates for domestic shooting‑recording devices and editing software, builds a trusted chain for "genuine shooting" starting from the capture end, and provides source‑level authenticity proof for news, judicial proceedings and copyright protection scenarios.
